Rosehill Guineas 2000m Group 1
Anamoe was the beaten favourite in the Randwick Guineas which was run in heavy going.He never runs a bad race. He is expected to be the odds-on favourite again. Converge beat Anamoe at Randwick. The difference of course is that the Rosehill Guineas is run at 2000m. Anamoe has some form at the distance but not converge.

Golden Slipper at Rosehill
If the going is heavy as has been the case in recent weeks then all of those horses that won in heavy going have to be the ones to consider. A youngster in winning form in heavy going is always hard to beat in similar conditions. Horses that fit this category are: Seajardan, Rise of the Masses, Fireburn, Seven Hills, and She’s Extreme. The Todman and REisling Stakes has been the best guide to the Slipper in recent years. The going was heavy for those races, therefore, Seajardan and SEven Veils both won one of those races and warrant special attention.
If the going came back too slow then consider Russian Conquest who was the beaten favourite in the Reisling Stakes. I think the heavy going was against her and you have always got to consider a last race heavy track beaten favourite.

Galaxy Sprint (G1) 1100m Rosehill
Big Parade loves it wet. He is first up but you can expect him to be ready for this. Isotrope is the obvious danger. I backed her last time. In the Congo is the other horse in the picture. Overpass was the odds-on favourite when winning the Inglis Stakes. He may be the favourite again.
