Horses backing up from Riccarton
There are several horses racing at Timaru on Wednesday who are backing up from racing at Riccarton on Saturday. Here they are:
Race 2-Giannis
Finished third in a strong maiden race on Saturday. Has to be a chance in this race.
Race 5-On File
Yet to place but gets her chance to show something.
Race 6-Brancaster Bomber
This horse raced in a strong R65 race on Saturday at Riccarton. It is worth noting that in seven starts at Riccarton he has gained just one place but in his other nine starts he has finished in the first three six times.
Race 9-Amazon Goddess and My Degree
Amazon Goddess will be having her third race in two weeks if she lines up here. She needs a good track though and if she gets it she will be tough. My Degree is an upset hope.
