Cambridge (NZ) Synthetic track on Wednesday
Here are some horses to note for the Cambridge meeting on Wednesday:
Race 1-Lucky By finished second for Opie Bossom on the course and is a good chance to go one better.
Race 3 & 4-Gasgal is a dual acceptor. He is in both races 3 & 4 and is a good chance whichever option his connections choose.
Race 5-Luxuriant won at the last meeting 15/5 and will be fancied to win again.
Race 6-Ultimate Focus finished second two weeks ago on the course and is again fancied here.
Race 8-Hoard the Bourbon is my pick here. He ran second on the course and distance two weeks ago and has won three races while most of the runners in this race are one win horses.
The leading rider in New Zealand is Warren Kennedy so pay attention to his rides especially if he is on the favourite.
